I peggiori siti web che conosco sono quello delle Poste italiane e del Louvre. Entrambi spezzettano le informazioni in modo illogico, per cui se sei già esperto di spedizioni e di siti internet devi cliccare su almeno tre pagine diverse prima di sapere qual è la tariffa per spedire una busta in Europa. D'altra parte, ormai se un postino hai il mal di denti nessuno lo sostituisce e le lettere non sono consegnate.
Al Louvre servono non meno di tre click per sapere gli orari, l'indirizzo e le tariffe, informazioni collegate che qualunque altra istituzione mette nella stessa pagina.

The worse websites I know are those of the Italian mail service and Louvre museum. Both chop the informations illogically, so that if you are an expert in websites and mail services you just have to clcick three times before finding the cost of sending an envelope to Europe. On the other hand, if the postman has a toothache they're not going to find him a substitute, and letters don't arrive.
The Louvre puts informations like opening time, cost and address in three different web pages. Every other museum gives them all together, they are related.
