Parlo con gli studenti di Storia dell'editoria, all'Accademia di Brera, e mi fanno arrabbiare. Piuttosto che cercare di capire quello che sto dicendo, preoccupati come sono di avere ragione e di dire di no a tutto, cambiano le carte in tavola, tirano fuori argomenti capziosi, sono aggressivi e non ascoltano. Io mi domando chi me lo fa fare, di tenere workshop (per di più gratuti) a questa gente. Ma poi lo so, perché lo faccio: per amicizia verso il loro docente.

I talk with the students of History of publishing course, at Brera art academy, and they make me angry. Instead of trying to understand what I'm saying, they don't listen, preoccupied as they are to find a specious argument to say no to everything. I wonder why I keep giving workshop (for free!) to these young people. But then I know why: their teacher and I, we are the best of friends.
