Why do I like so much Andrei Molodkin's strong biro drawings? Because I know anatomy plates and find them rather uninteresting, and because two years ago during a workshop I asked my students (Brera Fine Arts Academy, Milan) to make illustrations for a book (never published, but someone still hopes), using a black biro. Of course it was a different matter, but the sing was a lot weaker too.

Perché mi piace tanto, il disegno forte a biro di Andrei Molodkin? Ma perché conosco i disegni di anatomia e li trovo generalmente piatti, e perché due anni fa durante un workshop ho fatto illustrare a biro nera un libro (mai pubblicato, ma qualcuno spera ancora) a un gruppo di studenti dell'accademia milanese di Brera. Il problema era tutt'altro, ma anche la forza del segno.
