Giustamente, come si dice sempre per una cosa che non funziona, gli uffici dell'Agenzia delle entrate non rispondono pił al telefono. Ne avranno fatti incazzare troppi, e pusillanimi come sono staccano il telefono.
Non dovrebbero essere i centralinisti a fare le spese dei pasticci dei loro capi, ma di fatto chi si arrabbia sono le vittime, e lo fanno col primo che gli capita a tiro.
Ancora pił divertente: per aiutare chi chiama, danno un numero di nove cifre da digitare, come se fosse possibile tenerlo a mente.

Obviously, the offices of the revenue authorities don't aswer phone calls any more. They made too many people angry, and to avoid discussions they stopped answering the phone. How brave of them.
It shouldn't be the switchboard operators to pay for their bosses mistakes, but in fact the victims are angry, and protest with the first person they can fall on.
