Credevo che ci volesse meno a correggere un errore, ma dimenticavo che sono burocrati: si ammantano dietro l'ufficio per proteggersi, ma attaccano il cittadino come colpevole appena possono. Loro hanno il loro stipendio e le conseguenze dei loro errori, anche riconosciuti, le pagano gli altri.
