Il simpatico e efficiente assessore che si occupa di "qualità servizi ai cittadini e semplificazione servizi civici" dealla città di Milano mi ha mandato una circolare l'anno scorso in maggio, indicando le sedi degli uffici decentrati dell'anagrafe. Sono andata al più vicino, ma è chiuso da mesi o forse anni. Intanto fanno già due mattine perse per questa storia del codice fiscale, più le ore del blog e del telefono, ma devo mettere in conto anche la mattina di lunedì. Sono tentata di mandare a lui in persona una fattura per tempo perso (i consulenti come me si pagano a giornata) e rimborso spese mediche (i tranquillanti...).

The brilliant and efficient councillor whose job is to simplify the citizen relationship with the register of the city of Milan sent me last May a letter with the addresses of said offices. Pity the one nerarer to me was closed at the time of his letter, and had been for months, possibly years.
Since Wednesday, I already spent two mornings for this social security number jam, plus the time for the blog and phone calls, but I'll have to go to another place Monday. I'm tempted to send him an invoice for the time I spent beacuse of him (as a consultant, I'm paid on a daily fee basis), plus the medical expenses (tranquilizers...)
