Dieci minuti al telefono per prenotare un esame, e poi fanno cadere la linea. Non č possibile che ci siano prenotazioni che durano cosė a lungo, devono essere telefonate private del centralino. Da quando hanno i risponditori automatici e i numerini da premere, sono sempre meno efficienti e intanto noi passiamo le giornate a sentire musichette sintetiche e antipatiche voci che dicono gli operatori sono momentaneamente occupati. Momenti lunghissimi.
