He wears his heart on his sleeve and then covers it with another t-shirt. He probably has a talent and is powerfully driven to visual arts but he doesn't know it yet and he lacks the self-confidence for trying seriously, which is quite common at 16 and also in later years.
Maybe he fancies himself as a future visual poet, but I wouldn't advise it, they are not always the best in either field.

Ha una sensibilità viva e scoperta che cerca di nascondere come può. Probabilmente ha talento e passione come artista visivo ma non lo sa ancora e gli manca la fiducia in sé stesso, cosa che succede a sedici anni a e anche molto dopo.
Forse si immagina come poeta visivo, ma non glielo consiglierei: spesso non sono i migliori in nessuno dei due campi.
