What I saw and enjoyed.
At Selfridge's: the small agave plants near the escalators, so invisible, and yet one managed to be in bloom. It means she'll die afterwards, but I was moved anyway. The zoo chair made with plush animals. Fine, amusing men's underwear. The women's lingerie was not so good, plenty of lace and sex toys but no humour.

Young people planting violets around the trees on the South Bank.
The professional smiles, much nicer than the ones in France or in Milan.
The chilly wind, chapping the lips and keeping the sky clear.

Cosa che ho visto e mi sono piaciute.
Da Selfridge's: le piccole agavi vicino alle scale mobili, così invisibili, eppure una è riuscita a fiorire. Morirà, dopo, ma ero emozionata comunque nel vederla. Il sedile-zoo fatto di animali di peluche. Le belle e divertenti mutande da uomo. Il reparto biancheria da donna era solo pizzi e vibratori, niente di spiritoso.

Ragazzi che piantavano viole del pensiero intorno agli alberi sulla riva del Tamigi.
I sorrisi professionali, molto più sorridenti di quelli di Parigi o di Milano.
