More bureaucratic than the office of any premier, and about as efficient as an old retiree with Alzheimer, at Apple assistance they are refusing to order the substitute pieces if they don't see and listen to my damn computer, which they listened to on the phone. Worse, they knew what was possibly wrong the first time they gave me back the machine. But now they want to start it all again.
It was feasible when I called them the first time, almost a month ago, but is less easy now because I've no time, what with reparing a show and working on other urgent projects. They just needed to call me back when promised, instead of letting me wait for whole weeks, and telling lies whenever I phoned.

Pił burocratici di un ministero , e efficienti come un vecchio pensionato con l'Alzheimer, i tecnici Apple si rifiutano di ordinare i pezzi di ricambio se non vedono e ascoltano il mio maledetto computer (sono le ventole, si sente perfettamente, sono entrambe, glielo dico io). Peggio, sapevano che c'era un possibile problema con e ventole quando mi hanno riparato la macchina la prima volta, ma adesso vogliono ricominciare.
Era fattibile quando li ho chiamati la prima volta, quasi un mese fa, ma non adesso che non ho tempo, fra preparare una mostra e lavorare su altri due progetti urgenti. Bastava che richiamassero quando promettevano di farlo, invece di farmi aspettare per settimane, e dire bugie quando telefonavo.
Quasi quasi apro un forum di sputi.
