Michael Winterbottom's film is wonderfully amusing and subtle, I loved the details of the screenplay and Steve Coogan's way of playing. Just look at this one example:
Steve, in an interview: Tristram Shandy is the eighth novel in the list of the 100 books worth saving.
The journalist: It was chronological.
Steve, without losing a beat: Yes, well.
It makes me want to strive for excellency (most good works do, in fact).
