Accompagno un'amica spagnola all'aeroporto di Torino, che dovrebbe essere moderno e efficiente se non altro perché hanno appena fatto le olimpiadi invernali. Ha un biglietto open e vuole cambiare la data, per telefono dall'hotel non era possibile.
Aspetto più di un'ora. Torna esasperata: è riuscita a cambiare il volo, ma è stato difficilissimo, fra cattivo umore degli impiegati e burocrazia. Per telefono cellulare o pubblico non è possibile, sarebbe stato possibile dall'hotel.
Che bella figura, l'Italia.

I go with a Spanish friend to Turin airport. It should be modern and efficient at least because they just hosted the winter olympic games. She has an open ticket and wants to change the date, tried on the hotel phone and they told her it was impossible.
I wait for more than an hour. She comes back exasperated: she managed to change her flight but found plenty of problems, between the bad mood of the employees and bureaucracy. Moreover, it was impossible by cellphone and payphone, but it would have been possible from the hotel.
