Le tariffe postali francesi e italiane cambiano spesso, e mi succede spesso di fare delle figuracce perché spedisco buste insufficientemente affrancate. Almeno le poste francesi funzionano, anche se parecchio più care. Con quelle italiane non si sa mai. Un amico che vive in un paesino vuole controllarne l’efficienza: si propone di spedire qualche lettera a sé stesso e controllare quanto tempo ci mette ad arrivare.
Devo spedire subito domattina un video a un concorso, spero che arrivi a tempo.

Postage rates change often in Italy and in France, and I often happen to make unpleasant mistakes sending my mail. French mail works rather well, though rather more expensive. In Italy you never know. A friend living in a small town wants to check the efficiency of the mail: he’s going to send some letters to himself and see how long it takes to have them back.
I need to send a video first thing tomorrow morning to a competition, hope to make it before the deadline.
