Le parole crisi e critica derivano da un verbo greco che vuol dire scegliere e, per estensione, decidere. Quando siamo in crisi, dovremmo essere capaci di trovare una strada nuova, capace di farci guarire, mentre procedere sulla vecchia probabilmente ci porta alla morte, almeno metaforicamente. Il fatto č che abbiamo paura del cambiamento, e ci attacchiamo ancora di pių alle nostre abitudini quando stiamo male. Cosė invece di trovare soluzioni aggraviamo la crisi.

The words crisis and critic come form a Greek verb meaning to choose and to decide. When we are in a crisis, we should be able to find a new way, apt to make us better, whereas going on the old one we'll probably die, metaphorically at least. The fact is that we are afraid of changes, and we tend to attach ourselves to our habits even more when we're in a crisis. This aggravates instead of solving the crisis.
