A una serata c'era un tipo inferocito che diceva dei lavori che i lavori presentati erano ripetitivi, noiosi, insomma bisogna selezionare di più. Io che vengo scartata a tutti i concorsi sono d'accordo che se la fase di selezione esiste, il curatore la deve usare. E certi lavori sono pallosi anche se sono di un amico. Altri dicevano che il mercato non è un indice sicuro di qualità, e nemmeno il successo, e su questo sono d'accordo, meno sulla loro conclusione: si prende e si espone quello che c'è, sarà la storia a decidere se valeva o no.
Il signore irritato continuava a ripetere le stesse cose con voce sempre più alta, e quando gli hanno detto che era noioso proprio come i lavori che rifiutava ha risposto: ma è perché non mi date ragione!

At a show there was a furious man criticizing other people works: in his opinion they were repetitive, boring, one should select more. I'm selected out every time, so I can't but agree: if there's a selection phase, the curator should use it. And some works are boring no matter if it's a friend who made them. Other people saidneither the market nor success are proof of real quality, and on this I agree, less on their conclusion: let's takea and show the existing, the story wil decide if it was good or not.
The angry gentleman went on and on repeating his argument louder and louder, and when they told him he was as boring as the works he refused he said: it's because you say I'm wrong!
