"Gallery Carpet", Carmit Gil, galerie Frank, Paris, fino al 20 marzo 2004
L'artista dipinge un grande rettangolo arancione sul pavimento della galleria, e scolpisce il bordo decorativo in un rilievo bianco e nero, molto deciso. Sono molto tentata di camminarci sopra, ma so che non dovrei. I colori e il motivo sono cosė belli e mi piacciono tanto che ne vorrei vedere altri, ma c'č un solo "tappeto", in galleria. Coraggiosi, a fare una mostra con una sola opera.

"Gallery Carpet", Carmit Gil, galerie Frank, Paris, until March 20, 2004
The artist paints on the floor of the gallery a large orange oblong, and sculpts the ornamental frame in white and black bold relief. I'm tempted to walk on it, in it, but know I shouldn't. The pattern and colors are so beautiful they make me wish for more, but there's only one "Gallery Carpet". It's brave of them, to have a show with just an art work.
