Photographer and artist Georg Oddner's work encompasses a collection of some 40,000 rolls of film containing 675,000 exposures. Malmö Museer and Malmö Konsthall in Swaden are simultaneously exhibiting in two major, separate exhibitions his best and most well known pictures. Last year Centre Pompidou in Paris had a review of Boris Lehmann's works. He's no photographer, at least he doesn't define himself as such, he wants to be seen as an amateur. Critics see him as an artist. His work is not elitist, he made videos with mental patients, he knows how to listen. He has spent most of his life taking pictures of the people he met. I saw the photos of his home, full to the brim with boxes of prints, even on the bed: over, not just under it. He also made a film with those: a story of his life through the photographs of himself and his friends.

L'anno scorso il Centro Pompidou a Parigi presentava una rassegna dei lavori di Boris Lehmann. Non è un fotografo, o perlomeno non si definisce come tale, preferisce essere visto come un dilettante. I critici lo ritengono un artista. Il suo lavoro non è per pochi eletti, ha fatto video con i matti, è uno capace di ascoltare. Ha passato quasi tutta la sua vita a fotografare la gente che incontrava. Ho visto le foto dell asua casa, piena fino all'orlo di scatole di foto, anche sul letto: sopra, non solo sotto. Ne ha anche fatto un film: la storia della sua vita con le foto sue e dei suoi amici.
