Metropolitana. Un nero elegantissimo porta un blazer blu scuro, bottoni d'oro, scarpe nere classiche, di qualità, e bermuda bianchi con grandi fiori blu vivo. Mi piacerebbe essere così ardita nelle mie scelte. Da anni cerco di imparare a accostare i motivi come fanno alcune antillesi di Parigi.
Passa una nera robusta. Ha un abito a fondo bianco, con grandi (circa 2O cm) medaglioni ovali del Sacro Cuore: Gesù su un fondo sfumato azzurro che indica il suo cuore ferito. Intorno una cornice gialla e nera, cioè d'oro. Fra un medaglione e l'altro, il tessuto è stampato con un motivo relativamente sobrio, nero su bianco, di cuori incoronati di spine alti circa sei centimetri.

Underground. A very smart black man wears a dark blue blazer, golden buttons, very good quality classic black shoes, white bermuda shorts with a pattern of very large royal blue flowers. I'd love to be bold like them in my choices. I've been trying for years to learn and mix patterns like some West Indians women in Paris.
A black stout woman passes. She has a white dress, with large (approx. cm 20) oval medallions representing the Sacred Heart: Jesus on a blue background showing his bleeding heart. Around it, a yellow and black -meaning golden- frame. Between the medallions a comparatively discreet black and white texture of thorn-crowned hearts, two inches high.
