Sabato mattina vado a Como per una conferenza alla Fondazione Ratti, sono sempre interessanti e mi piace imparare. Questa parla dell'antropologia, dei musei e dall'arte religiosa, che se nell'Occidente laico è poco diffusa ha tutto un altro senso in altre regioni del mondo. Mica male. Poi vado a Bra e passo il resto del weekend da un'amica buddista. Su trentasei ore, più di otto le passo in treno. Meglio portare un buon libro.
Lunedì 14 luglio, mentre in Francia festeggiano la rivoluzione, io prendo un altro treno e vado a Verona per una conferenza stampa.
Il mio video "Decibel" è stato invitato a un festival, sono così contenta che scoppio a ridere. E Verona è solo a tre ore di treno, fra andata e ritorno. Peccato solo che ancora non conosco il nome del festival, me l'hanno detto al telefono ma non l'ho capito. Roba di ridere ancora un po', di me stessa però

Saturday morning I'm going to Como for a lecture at the Fondazione Ratti: they are always interesting and I like to learn. This one will be about anthropology, museums and religious art. It's not diffused in our secular Westerner culture but in other regions of the world it takes a whole different meaning. Then I'll travel to Bra to spend the rest of the weekend with a buddhist friend. I'm going to spend in a train 8 hours out of 36. I'd better take a good book.
On Monday 14th, while the French celebrate their revolution, I'm taking another train and going to Verona for a press conference.
My video "Decibel" has been invited to a festival. I'm so happy I laugh. And Verona is no more than a 3-hour journey back and forth. Pity I don't know yet the name of the festival, they told me on the phone but I didn't get it. I laugh a bit more, at myself this time
