In quelle domeniche d'estate che in giro ci sono solo pensionati, immigrati e pochi turisti, esco faccio il gioco della turista. Senza mappa: Milano è la mia città.
Cammino guardando le case e attraversando i giardini pubblici. Mi fermo per un caffè a un tavolino in ombra. Visito musei e mostre (poche chiese). Vedo molto di più del solito.

In those summer Sundays when in Milan you can only find retired people, immigrants and some tourists, I go and play the tourist game. Without a map: Milan is my hometown. I walk looking at houses and go through gardens. I stop for coffee at a table in the shade. I visit museums and art shows, seldom churches. I see much more than the other days.
